I was gonna contradict the above post but maybe u should do that straight away?

The car might have had these stickers on for a long time and the sun has now distorted the colouring.

I hope it hasn't.

If its not registered don't buy it there will be no way you can get the sva done with out a model report which costs about 2 - 3 k and thats if it passes the tests

The car looks nice and has alot of toys on there, but I would only advise buying in the Uk. Big Daz has been looking at getting a Type R and gone down the road of getting one from Japan. People say they can get round the new SVA reg's, but I have my doubts and would'nt risk it. Try and get one in the UK if you can.

If the car is from southern Ireland, then its considered an export so you will have to pay some import tax.

Nice car though.

as simb said i was going to get a type r from mbd imports, they wanted the deposit up front to bring it in to the country,i feel in love with the car and realy wanted it but simb and a few others put doubt in my mind i started asking him lots of questions about the car,i also said that if he could guarantee the qaulity of the car,i never heard from the bloke again.i dont want to put you off but with the new sva its always best to get one thats already in the country.i hope it works out ok with this company let me know because im still looking and the white sti looks very nice, best of luck mate.

Are you sure the car is still in Japan, looks like a registration number already

I agree though cracking looking motor without decals.
