Not sure if i would do it, looks ok on the third picture (of the whole car) but don't like it on the close up's. Probably look good on a Black car.
For the amount of hassle it will be to do, i leave them as they are if your not sure.

Sorry to pinch your thread Rob but I'll come to that in a moment.

Si, sounds like you have the exact same problem as I have, let me know if you find where the rattle comes from because mine is driving me up the wall.

Rob, if its what you showed us at the Ross meet then I would say yes but were those lens painted or were they bought already black because you might have a different effect if you spray them yourself.

Me too, my passenger door rattles and it goes away if I apply a tiny (and I mean tiny) amount of pressure just below the door handle.

I took the low tech approach for the rattle initially... uncliped the bottom part of the panel and pushed a couple of newspapers up in just to see if that would stop it but no joy there.... next plan is to get someone to drive the car I'll sit in the back and see if I can find out exhactly where it's coming from.

flopsy - no effect at all as the part iwould spray is doesn't serve any purpose other than to look good - even in it's current state,

Daz - fully confident on doing it as had the lens apart once beforewhen the transformer was playing up
