Default non starting inpreza any ideas?

ive just been offered a 95 impreza wrx at a good price i think! £1300 front end needs painting, but it don't run, the owner has said he bought it crash damaged. it will fire but wont run. i know there are probably hundreds of reasons for this but anything obvious. i to want to end up with anther dead impreza

Even if the car fails to go, spares from it will be worth more than £1300!!!! Good buy me thinks. It may be the altitude up the valley that is making the car not fire, put some coal on it!!!

Fuel problems perhaps. Dirty filters if it's be laying about.
