Afternoon all
Looking to fit my springs and after a bit of advice, a mate of mine who is a mechanic has said he will fit my springs but has heard that the rears are a bit of a pig to do. anyone have any advice for doing the rears ourselves? Other option is either driving to powerstation and paying £100 plus vat and more again for alignment or GT Tyres in cwmcarn who Turbo dean has suggested.
Cheers
Ian

The rears are a pain to do, coz you have to take the rear seats out to get at the top of the struts (under the parcel shelf), even with the seat out the top bolts are pain to get at. You also have to clamp the brake lines and disconnect them from the calipers to get the struts out on the front and the back which means you hve to blead the brakes once your done.
I helped the boy who did mine he did one of the fronts and i copied on the other side then did the same on the rear. It's not that hard to do.
I don't mind giving you hand mate.
