I thought these were a no no with regards to the old bill, I thought the only car legally allowed them was a Jag XKR??

Dan,
Yes they are a big no no, but reg`s state i must carry index number on car during compition, so the front number plate comes off to be replaced with a timing strut, so for the purpose of complying wiyh the reg`s a sticky one is allowed, thus not obstruting airflow to the rad/[i/c]..
