Default anyone had an overfilled battery by dealer???

Anyone had any issues with batteries being overfilled in S.Wales

Could do with hearing from you if you have had any such stories as I'm currently in the process of taking my local dealer to court for damaging my car.

Any info would be really appreciated.

Bttt ...

Please note this thread is market research and NOT a name and shame campaign against the dealer in question.

Valley Commando - I have been told you were the main man to speak to on this as it has apparently happened to someone else before - but I can appreciate you probably have links to the dealer in question and dont want to rock the boat with them - which is understandable.

The 5K damage is for the front end of the car will have to be rebuilt with new apron panel and bumper beam, subframe etc.etc. This is primarily due to no response from the dealer in question for over 12 months. It is finally going to court thank god where I imagine the total costs will tip the ten grand mark.

Any information on this other case would be appreciated.

I will be paying for expert witnesses so if anyone knows who was involved in this other case then please get in touch £££
