Another venue to think about.
Good friend of mine ownes the big house that was in the Cyberman episode of Dr Who!! It's a nice place, Treharne Estate, he used to run the Vale Of Glamorgan Hunt and is an avid car fan.
Spoke to him to day and he would love to host us for a photo opportunity. Free of course.
I'll do a recce and come up with a plan. It's near Culverhouse Cross so it's easy to meet up first.
Would we want to wait until spring and cruise down to the bay or photo shoot and blat down to Ogmore or somewhere similar???
Just a thought for now.

Gravel drive, about two miles long, big turning area in front of the house and a view from Castell Coch to Bridgend. Only a couple of thousand acres really!!!
Spring seems like a good time. We can then shoot off down the A48 for a eat in a nice pub and wee drive down to Ogmore By Sea, Porthcawl or Merthyr Mawr for some more pics.
