Default STi Suspension does fit!

Well, having bought the STi shocks, ARB's and Eibachs off Pippy I thought it would all go wrong.

Well, it did and didn't. The rear top mounts don't fit the Eibachs on a 01 MY. So, you need later model tops 02+. More money!!!!

The front mounts fit a piece of wee wee but make sure you line up the small holes on the top cups before fitting the top mounts. The centre hole should be positioned above and central to the bracket that bolts to the hubs.

Also make sure you note the position of the front camber bolts before you take them out. The top bolt of the two on the leg is the one. Mine had the number 10 on them. This will help until the tracking or geometry is done.

Also be prepared to have some skinned knuckles because the bolts are FT. Use a reducer and a 'kin big extension bar.

The other problem is that the track on a wagon is narrower than a saloon so the ARB's don't fit. So, anyone wants some JDM STi ARB's?????

Next thing the fuel pump upgrade................that f**king rollllllllllllllllllllllllller cooooooooast.........................eeer!

Sorry I said it.

Thanks to Curtiss at Powerstation.

Before

After

Looks better in the flesh. No big circles.

Getting the tracking done before I attack a roundabout! But, so far so good The Eibach drop about 25-30mm I think.

I like a bit of dirtyness now and again
