Default I've found something better than the scoob!!

I didn't think it was possible but I've found something that drives better than the scoob. Cornering in this thing is out of this world, it would have the scoob in the twisty no problem and it used only a couple of gallons all day!!!!

Here it is:

I have to say it's nearly the most fun you can have for £50 (excluding thailand)

We had a large machine in last week to level the front and back garden and put some land drainage pipe in the drive before we covered it in chippings, They left 6-8 inches of muddy crap on the drive and then tracked it in.

I've driven one a few times now and have to say it's quite an art and takes some getting used too. But i'm pretty handy on it now.

I had the really fun job of scrapping the drive and sticking it down the front.

And what the house looks like for those that haven't seen it

Yep it's in the uk, west wales. The roads of awesome down this way and the land is cheaper than england

It's coming along really well, been laying patio slabs this week aswell, all 300 of them!!!!!!! we still need another 100 or so 3 foot one's. We were going to tarmac the drive but it's going to cost a small fortune so we're going for chippings instead.

The garage is full of kitchen units for the next project, I had a job lot off a site agent a little while back, 50 brand new units for £200!!!!!! we've already done 2 houses with them and there is still loads left. Just bought a peice of land to build another one on and another house to play around with.

Stunning house. Good luck to you

Let me guess regarding the mini CAT - It corners like it's on tracks?

Can I just offer you some free advice as regards the drive - pave or tarmac as much as you can afford.

We're looking at around £10K to tarmac the drive, It's massive!!!! we reckon we can fit 16 cars on the drive.

The drive is well prepped, it has 18" of large stoned hardcore and then another 6" of smaller, this has been down for a year now and is well compacted, We've had a word with the local quarry and they rackon 2" of 20mm chippings will be perfect, this wil go down hard enough to stay in place and will not be deep enough to bog down or spin the wheels.

If we find it doesn't work, we'll have to bite the bullet and tarmac
