Default Now I'm really Pissed Off...!

Not less than 5 mins ago (When I started this post) I was watching a rather tall 6 foot 6 inch drunk / drugged up personage walking up my road yelling and shouting the odds of the world at max chat, Thought nothing of it, except silly C**T.

Sat back down at the computer carried on reading about Anna Nicole Smith's Death on the BBC site, When Bang, Bang, Bang, and a torrent of obscenities was heard so I got up looked out the window and there was this C**T Kicking F**K out of my drivers door.

Well I shot out the Computer room, down the stairs, fumbling with the door key and out of the house shouting what the F*ck are you doing Dick head...Or words to that effect...

And all he could mumble was I've lost me Mates... and wondered off down the road WTF>>>>!

Now as most of you who know me I'm not the tallest, (May be the roundest)
Of people, and to take this ***** on would have been suicide for me. Plus the Mrs. was shouting like crazy to leave him alone and back off as now I'm looking at him within 2" of his chest, and she knows how Volatile I can get when someone damages our Stuff, So I just let him go down on his merry way (What a Poof)

I can't see if he has done much damage as the streetlight is crap and the only torch I've got is so poor it's pathetic. So I'll have to wait till the morning to have a good look but I can feal small dents..

Now this is the second time out side my own house the car has been damaged and I'm just calming down and thinking is it all worth it...(Ownership of a nice car) When ******* like this are around as it cost me over £350 last time in respays (Wing, Drivers and Rear door plus C pillar.)

A little note to end. If I knew I would get away with it I would Go after this TW*T and Knee Cap him (It’s not big and it's not Cleaver I Know) but my god would it make me feel 1000% better

Criss.......
Really sorry to her about this tit doing damage to your car

I know i will get flamed for this but is there any reason you didn't call 999?

Not much use to you now i no, but you get a response according to the info you provide. In your shoes at that time i would have called the police and told them it was happening now (I know it was) and that he was trying to get in my house and attack you. 99.9% 0f the time the Police would have a quick attendance and this turd could be locked up. There after who knows???

The local low life where i work are always calling in minor incidents as an emergency just to get a quick service, really pisses me off. Wouldn't mind if decent folks did it.

Failing that abit of summary justice could be done, i'll leave that to your imagination, not condoning it obviously, just know how ****e the formal process is, our bosses are more interested in a detected offence than customer satisfaction.

sorry to hear your news mate this type of thing happened to us ... this was my problem left unresolved .....

last year i had a escorts si as a run about for work ... one night about 11.45pm we was in bed when we heard a lot of shouting i looked out of the bedroom window to find a man stood on the bonnet of the car shouting abuse and jigging around on the bonnet ... i shouted wft are you doing on my car he was obviously p*ssed up and hearled abuse at me ... i rang the police and they switched the cervailance cameras on ... the man got off my car and walked away with his mates ...
15 mins later coppers arived at my door looked at my bonnet saw distinctive muddy foot prints and then said they had the man who stood on my car on camera and the camera followed them to an address so they then went to the adress and all at the address denied it but the coppers then looked at their footwear and then arested one of them going by the foot prints and camera evidance ...next morning s.o.c arrived to lift foot prints from the bonnet to be sent away for annalyst ... a week later the evidence from s.o.c came back the coppers rang me up to say the s.o.c. smudged the print when they lifted the footprint from the car so they couldnt use that in court .. then the bloke denied doing it .. so the c.p.s would not take it any further even though they had camera evidence ....

so the moral of the story is ....

take revenge yourself ...

I Work with CPS alot, and yes they are Sh*te!!

They generally only take on jobs where there is well over 50% chance of winning the case! Targets to meet and all that.

I had a big argument with them over a case i believed stood a good chance of success, they refused so i lost my temper and swore at them, (told them they were sh*t). All that did was get me a negative report, not the best way to deal with a situation, but was so frustrated!!!!

So i have to agree with the above as much as i don't want to

I'm sorry chriss but I'd of kicked **** out of him. about 8 years ago I was parked up waiting to collect the missus at the time after work, and some low life that had been drinking all day kicked the side of my car. I got out, usuall what the **** is going on type of thing, then out of nowhere he punched me. I just bent down, grabbed his knees and pushed forward with my sholder, he went down like a stack of ****. I then sat on him, restrained his arms, with my knees and was free to smack the **** out of him But I didn't get the chance as the Old bill turned up, He then tried fighting with them. We had to give them a hand!!!!!! Down teh station for statements. I wanted to press charges for Criminal damage and assult.

It goes to court, where he pleads not guilty, but when the 16 officers turn up he had assulted in the charge suite and the 4 other witnesses, he change he plea to guilty,

This is what he got, £120 fine and 18 probation!!!!!!!

Because he was unemployed he was allowed to pay the fine at a rate of £3.26 a week!!!!!!!!!! it took nearly 7 years to get full payment, because he stopped for a while and they had to go and arrest him again.

I'd of waited for him to of walked down the road a little and jumped the ****** from behind, A quick stamp on his knee and he wouldn't of been going anywhere other than A&E

I like the way a few of you suggest taking this big fellah on but I wonder how many of you would have actually done so, and you never know you might come off worse – plus in the eyes of the law you could probably be accused of being the instigator of the problem.

Don’t get me wrong I agree with an eye for an eye but the subtle approach may be better. Do unto others as they would do unto you.

I speak from personal experience because my lovely neighbour (60s, female) decided she didn’t like my car one night and took a metal pole to it. I had to fork out my excess for the damage to be repaired. Were the coppers interested? Were they ****. Took um 20 weeks before they got round to interviewing the bitch.

Boy I would have liked nothing better than to fill her in.

Unfortunately **** happens and if you’ve got a nice motor/house/ family then you’ve got more to lose than these good for nothings.

This is when you phone 999 and then say I think he has a gun. See that armed response come from nowhere!

Sorry to hear this Criss. A real PITA for you. I hate leaving mine on the street. Makes me think sometimes is it worth keeping a car you can't leave anywhere. I am not sure why though as I am constantly told its not all that.

Hope you get it sorted. I've got a dent puller if there is anything that can be pulled out in the interim without cracking the paint.

Sorry to hear of the bad news, what a complete to$$er , they say it takes a man to walk away from a fight, you take that poor young fella in Cardiff trying to get kids away from his car he took one punch and he is no longer here, leaving a son and wife behind, glad you took the wise option, what goes around comes around he'll get paid back tenfold.

How is the damage looking now mate?

Laura Don't panic I'm in Bridgend......

As for the Damage, I was very fortunate that it superficial to say the least,

There was two small dents where this Tw*t had connected with his foot on the lower skin of the door, these were rolled out by Dent Devil after removing the door card and applying his magic roller and touch, now you can't see where they were.

There is a third scuff on the car after this attack, but it's only on the skirt, not to bothered about this,as the more assute of you know my cunning plans along thiose lines...!

All in all I have to say A BIG Thanks for all the support and above posts, Like I said before If I could get away and knee cap this Tw*t I would.

Jeez - I cant beleive those stories guys - really gutted for you. there are so many mindless bstards about. It really does just make you want to take the law into your own hands - thing is there is then always the potential of your house/car becoming marked by the local scum.

hope it gets sorted. maybe the scuffs can polish out and dents can be taken out via a dent guy?

Totally gutted for you!

There are a lot of people out there who want everything and dont want to work for it so are very jealous of the nice things others have worked hard for.

My last car was an MR2 Roadster and it was kept on the street, in an ok area. I always kept myself to myself and drove carefully so never pi$$ed anyone off. One day i just happen to look out the window and some skinhead lowlife was bouncing up and down on my wing trying to get the alarm to go off! And this thicko was an adult certainly older than me, what the fik is going through the mind of a tw@t like that . He wasnt alone so i didnt go out screaming but i did pick up the baseball bat and almost went out swinging, but who would be the one who was locked up!!??

It was on that day i decided that i would never buy another nice car until i had my own garage to keep it in so that i could get some sleep at night, two years later i moved and finally changed the car!

Its just a shame that we have to live like this.

Just been sitting here trying to work out why I didn't hear anything.. And then it dawned on me.. I wasn't here..!
Unfortunately our street ( yes, same one) is a shortcut from town thru to the rest of Brackla, so a lot of pissheads come this way..
Second time for Criss, guess I've just been lucky.. (touch wood) and the annoying thing is that if the rest of our neighbours parked properly then Criss could use his newly built garage..

Sorry to hear the news Criss..

I had a similar experience with a BMW I onced owned. It got broken into, but luckily the cops caught the Wan*ker that same night. He was found guilty and ordered to pay me compensation which he didn't. They sent him to jail then asked me if I was willing to drop the compo claim as he had served time. If i wanted to pursue it I could take it to the small Claims court. No help there. ended up out of pocket again. The worst part is the guy who broke in knows I know who he is. But what can I do? if I strung him up he'll probably take it out on my motor. Powerless against the gutless.

I live in the street next to that shortcut and the same thing happened to me, except i only found the damage in the morning. My dad had heard someone shouting in the street early in the morning by a neighbours house but didn't see them kick the car. So we had the police come out and then took the car to the station in Bridgend to lift the foot print. My dad actually knew the person involved as he is a scummy person who regularly visited my neighbour, we suspect for drugs. Anyways the police arrested him but later said the CPS wouldn't take the case on as they had no proof of income for him! They said i could take the case on myself and incurr all the court costs but said even if that was successfull he would prob only have to pay 50 pence a week! Grrr makes you sick!!! He kicked the car in the rear quarter panel so it cost me about £400 to get repaired. The guy just went on his merry way, no community service or nothing! Now thats the British Justice system for you...waste of time and energy. Makes me wonder why i bother to work
Taylor.
