Groaning noise when steering

I lowered the car a fortnight ago and there has been an groan coming from the front when steering at very low speeds such as parking etc. It seems to be getting worse. does any one have any ideas what it might be.??

did the geometry. didn't change anything other than springs. don't know if things are done up tight as i didn't do the work myself.

not power steering fliud as its a different type of noise. whatever it is its got a whole heap worse so its getting looked at tomorrow. Can't be worn parts as parts don't wear this quick. seems like something has worked loose. open mind till the morning.

problem solved.
it seems that as the spring turns in its socket it creaks. so no problem. also seems that creak decrease in noise in the wet. makes sense I suppose as dry joints creak more.
