What Is It About Shoes !!!!!

Get this you drive along minding your on business then hey presto there is a shoe on the side of the road ??
I mean where do they come from, I see the occasional work boot then a trainer then a dress shoe... where do they come from ??
Is there a one legged man that buys a new pair and on the way home throws one out the window around here or what
Sometimes I swerve to avoid one, then another day it's in the gutter... late last year a brown formal shoe sat on a chevroned area on the road home it was there for around 4 days then dissapeared.... did the owner come back for it or did someone need a replacment for a worn out one at home

This morning picture this..... 5.45am driving to work minding my own business on a nice quite road... drive down the road about 40mph seen something glinting in the distance from my lights, looked over and it's not a shoe not a trainer or a work boot !!!! it's a pair of trainers sat the together facing the kerbstone in dead level formation !! did me in let me tell you !!!

their ghost shoes si, their dearly departed owners are victims of motorist and are out to seek revenge we'll have to get in touch with dereck obviously this stretch of road has extreme paranormal activity

I was taking a walk up the mountain behind Mountain Ash and right on the top was a single trainer

I know some ladies take their shoes off to drive, but throwing them out of the window just seems wasteful.

Still, that doesnt explain some of the more manly footwear that ends up littering our roads.

Same topic... how come so many clothes end up on the roads? Are people getting frisky while driving these days?

I have seen a lot of one legged naturists around this past month or two.

Perhaps this may shed some light to the story

 

It's not surprising, we followed a van over the bridge last year on the way to castle combe for rally day. The back door was open, saftey clothes and work boots were falling out with every bump, we tried to tell him but he just ignored us!!!!!
