Thinking of selling the scooby!
Hello guys,
Unfortunately the time has come where i can no longer afford to run the scooby (due to looking for a house!) and will be selling in a few months when i am back from holidays.
Thought id put a post up here to see if anyone would be interested.
Check view my scooby for pics.
I have only had her for 10 months and she has been very well looked after and always warmed up and cooled down, and washed on a weekly basis.
W reg deep mica blue Classic
60,050 miles
Full Subaru Service History up to 49,000 miles and serviced myself after (cambelt done at 46,000)
Car also has a tracker fitted
MOT until Nov 08
6 Months TAX
Offers over £4,000 considered, will consider part ex
Cheers
Deano

Probably a bit much , althought it does have the advantage of low miles and PPP, unfortunatly u can pick up tidy late UK turbo's 99/00 now for around for £4500 and high milage ones for even less. I'd start at around £5500 if i were u, depends ho much u want to sell really.
I know a few people that could be interest at the right price

Cheers for the advice guys
There are a few reasons why i was asking closer to 6k:
Firstly the car is absolutely mint
Its had an engine rebuild approx 10k miles ago
Had new clutch and gearbox in Dec 2006
The Prospeed exhaust is less than 3 months old (the centre section i had done only 3 weeks ago!)
Paid just over 7k for her just 10 months ago
Im not desperate to sell at the moment as i am off on holidays to cancun in 6 weeks and would like to sell it when i come back

If your not desperate then stick with the price you've got, you might get lucky. You can always lower the price a bit at a time till it sells.
Unfortunatly it's a buyers market at the moment
