Default boo hoo

ah well looks like my engine has given up the ghost.been having the odd puff of smoke out the back on start up,but not whilst driving, and now its started running on three cylinders, but no nasty noises so i dont know exactly what's wrong need to get plugs out to see if there oiled up,then a leak test to check the compression.

now's the question where to go to get it done????

Piston ring land failure. Car started black smoking and picking up knock reading, so i had it looked at by a specialist and they suspected a cracked piston. When they stripped it, it was ring land failure. They said the pistons weren't capable of supporting the 1.5 bar the turbo is running.
