the love of my life bought me a head unit for the car
is the anyone who could wire it up for me over crimbo
preferably before thw 28?
wiring not my specialty
it's a JVC KD-AVX44
LOOKS LIKE AN ALL SINGING AND DANCING ONE

Richie, no need to chop any wires you can buy a harness for about a tenner that makes it all plug and play.

you can buy an adapter if it aint the same as the standard one and as kjdmk1 said should only cost you a tenner and bang your done its really simple you will be suprised!!

Of Coruse

Shouldn't need an adaptor, the car should already have an ISO standard connector in it, only thing that may need altering is the switchable and permenant lives.

Cars normally have the same fitting blocks on the standard radios these days, 1 block with lives,earths etc.. and the other for speakers.

Pop the old one out to have a look.

vot got a pot of glue shun
nothing looks similar on either

where is the best place to get these conecters for?do allfrods do them and would they be open tomorrow ? if not are you free tomorrow Dean

i got 1 from halfords for my alpine 15.99 i think mine was different than the standard fitment from alpine

Yeap i'm free mate, like i said u shouldn't need a connector, u got my number give me a ring if u need a hand, should only take 5-10mins to do.

get the adapter dont be cutting wires or it can fk u rite up the standard ones are bulky lil things and maybe your head unit is the same but some like kenwood alpine and pioneer have other connections so you buy an adapter and bang its done in two mins everythings is great you have the blue remote wire ready for any amps all that stuff. (when i say bulky i dont mean massive just bigger than some you can get) ENJOY
