My mate had one very similar, he won the 30-130 shoot-out the MLR do in 7secs..
My Evo was 470bhp/443ft/lb and when we had our local meet he came past me like i was standing still, GT42 800BHP....Mental...

Saw it in the flesh up in Rallyday Think it's a GT4294 turbo and he had to turn the engine 90degrees to fit the £16.000 gearbox Cant wait to see it in Time Attack

Yes mate, i miss the Evo for grunt sometimes tbh, i spent a fortune on it, had it fully forged, FP Green, Autronic, Anti-lag launch control the lot, THEN sold it not long after...
Mind you, od of probably killed myself in it.........
Tbh, the V3 is as quick to 100-120, it,s after that the Evo would of pi$$ed on it, but i,ve always said, who cars after 120 odd unless it,s going to be tracked etc..

I've read that Simon is building a 2.4 litre engine with an even bigger turbo and early dyno testing are showing results of 1050 Bhp & 850 Ibft.
The current engine spec is a 2.24 litre with a GT42 pumping out 950 Bhp at 2.6 bar of boost.
Time Attack & TOTB is going to very interesting this year with the Bogey and Gobstopper running against each other.
