Weekend in Mid-South Wales, Petrol?

Weekend in Mid-South Wales, Petrol?
I've a trip planned for sometime in feb taking in all that Wales can offer. We're starting off from North Wales on the Saturday and taking in the EVO triangle and our other fave roads in the North, then heading to the Elan Valley by some obscure awesome route. Staying near Elan for the night, on the Sunday we're heading for the Breacons for a blast across the moors, a la Top Gear AMG Merc road test. Problem is, once away from North Wales, where are all the Shell v-power and Tesco 99 ron petrol stations? I've not been able to find a single decent updated file that lists them in a tom tom format, or been able to search on the web. If someone could post the location on google maps that would be most helpful!

Theres a Shell garage in Crickhowell. very near the beaufort mountain road wich is used quite often for road tests.

Welshpool and Newtown have V Power for just before you get to Elan. (with newtown being cheaper most days for some reason!)
Pretty sure there isn't a Shell or Tesco in Brecon but I might be wrong!

Guys, thanks for the great replies. I'd love to tell you the date we're coming down, but as with all our runs, we tend to keep things close to the chest for obvious reasons. I can see we may have a problem on the sunday filling up, although I'm sure we'd make a tank last from Aberwristwith (lol! 
) to Crickhowell via the Brecons. There's only a small group of us coming down, so I've asked if they mind meeting up with you guys on the Sat/Sun for a chin-wag or perhaps a beer at our chosen overnight stop. I've suggested a meet on the sunday at the infamous bends over the Breacons? How many would be interested in doing that?

There is no Shell in Dolgellau, however there is one in Portmadog!!! 
As Wayne said there are two Shell stations in Aber (why I don't know) but that is it for the Mid Wales area (except those already mentioned)...

Last year we got raped for fuel in lampeter!!!! £1.16 a litre, it did not get as high as that near us in all the fuel price hike!!!
