Didn't see that coming! Its a big decision Jarv...take it wisely. As the guys have said, get a test drive in one with the power level you want before you make your mind up. And if you go for a 6, make it a Mak.

Personally I would keep your car as it is much newer than the evo 6 you have been looking at , the grass is not always greener...

I do like evo's and was gutted when an evo 8 came up for sale locally a week after I bought the Impreza, but on reflection I think I made the right choice.

Do you remember what i was like when i wanted an evo 6 before? well the urge has come back.

We'll have to see what happens i tend to act on impulse, 3yrs ago i went out to buy a focus for the misses and ended up with two scoobs

The only Evo I would have is an Evo9 as in comes with the additional aluminium panels such as the bonnet, boot, front wings and roof as standard, these were originally limited to the Evo8 MR editions.
So the Evo9 is 100 kgs lighter than the hawkeye Subaru, also the Evo9 is the first of the mivec generation engines and can make 415bhp & 415 Ib/ft on a decat and uprated fuel pump with a remap and the handling is truely amazing. These can be bought for under 15 grand so I'm trying to resist buying one myself.

to be honest mate i would keep yours just get a decent spoiler but if you got that urge for a six it has to be a mak
