More snow over the next 48 hrs.
Forcast for the higher ground in the south and all levels in mid Wales looks quite bad, time to get those chunky tyres on!!
Wet for us on the lower levels, have fun and stay safe

I will be heading for Tre castle and brecon in the morning. Can't wait gona play in the snow.

drove back from berkshire this afternoon , roads were ok rain and light sleet swindon/bristol , got over the bridge and standstill newport seemed to have had quite a bit lots of slush on the road , took me nearly two hours to get to swansea from the bridge

I'm fed up of it now, spent all day yesterday around the Abergavenny/ HOV area with up to 8" in places
Got quite interesting at times
Not a flake at home though

At times like these I wish I had an old Scooby smoker, bung some chunkys on on and have fun without worring about putting a few dents in it.
I'm deffo going to get out this weekend in the disco and head for the hills.

LOL I was not calling yours an old smoker, far from it but i'ts what I would need as my driving skills are not perhaps as good as yours.
I was making the point that some times a car your not afraid to use in all weathers is more fun than a gleaming example stuck in the garage
I should imagine a scooby with the correct tyres is very capable in the snow.
I could not relax taking the R out in weather like this but thats my fault.
Still, I'll be out in the disco so i'll still have some fun.

it's around to 4" plus in rhondda, looks like a day off for me as im stuck with two hills either side of me

Good coating here to, real dry and powder like which is stuff you don't see that often it's normally wet slush.

Me &calv been for a play on black mountins this aft snow very thick roaad blocked by drifts unable to over all the way nearly lost misses in snow she,s only short . also nearly lost car in one snow bank but still fun
