Coming out of my street today and slightly tapped the rear drivers side wheel against the curb. Now though something isnt right? the steering wheel is no longer straight when going straight and the back end feels very loose, keeps sliding out? Looked at the wheel on the car and it isnt punctured but it looks like its sticking out abit? can this be adjusted back or could i have bent the hub?
Cheers guys

Never mind Ryan, minor bumps are all part of the learning curve when driving. ![Brickwall](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/brickwall.gif)
It sounds like you have bent something suspension related but it should hopefully be a cheap enough repair.![Ponder2](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/ponder2.gif)
How did you get up to the top of the Bwlch when you can't even get out of your own street?

You need it up on a ramp really to get a good look at it as said it may be just something just bent a little, a good hammer may fix it lol
Driving foward may make the car crap sideways slightly but going backwards this will make it try to scuff sideways hence the loose sensation.... as said it should not be to much.
All part of driving bud.

Could i have just knocked the alignment out a bit? My tracking was slightly out anyway but it was the other way round, the wheel was angled left when going straight? This was because after my bump the garage didn't do the tracking properly but now the steering wheel is angled right when going straight? hmmm....

This might seem abit stupid but If your steering wheel is pointing the wrong way slightly when going forward, remove the centre bolt on the steering wheel and adjust so its all straight when the wheels are pointing ahead.![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
As for the rear bump, I've just been looking at the Justy forum and it appears you have lower suspension arms like the Impreza has on the front.
It your turning sideway's, there are 3 things you may of done :
1. Bent the lower suspension arm
2. Broken the camber bolt
3. Bent the hub
Subaru Justy Forum - lower rear suspension arms (GEN2)
Hope it helps.

I was exactly the same when I was younger, luckily Mk1 Escorts in grey primer were the car to have, so everytime you bumped it you just gobbed in more filler and more primer, I'm sure the car was 5 stone heavier when I got rid of it..lol!

Ryan,
Your AWD, Swift's are not! The rear trailing arms, hubs and strut mounts may be different. You may well have camber bolts.
Have a look at Import Car Parts. They should be able to help.
Oh by the way, your a complete James May![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
