I'm off to see Bob Rawle on Friday to have a methanol mix map done.. Whats your thoughts on percentage? I was either gonna go with 10 or 20% Heard 20% may cause problems due to corrosion on fuel rails and stuff.. Anyone heard anything?

I would of thought 10% would give you good gains.
Dean your not the first person to say it's damaged there fuel system!!!!
It's very nasty stuff, make sure you wear gloves and don't spill any on your skin as it's absorbed through the skin and remains in the body, It can kill if to much (100ML) is absorbed/injested
I recently had the meth mapped out, as I couldn't be arsed with it

16.5% methanol mix is the easiest option. As it's 10 litres per full tank (60 litres) and you shouldn't have any problems, but like Danny has mentioned wear gaunlets when handling the stuff as it's highly toxic.
