Default Iphone 4

Has anybody got an iPhone 4 ? are they any good ?
I'm looking to get one but need to know that its a good phone as i've heard some negative comments about them
Also, i've heard there is a revised model coming out in October - any truth in this ?

Had mine for 2 months, they are great though if you're in Cardiff go on the o2 network.

I've had an iPhone 4 since the day they came out and they are a big improvement over the old 3G/3GS sets. The initial firmware was a little dodgy and so was the 4.0.1 update but the 4.0.2 release is far better.

A great handset and I look forward to the iPhone 5.

I'm sticking with my 3GS for the time being, it's got the iOS4 firmware and is great! They're bound to have teething problems so gonna wait a while to upgrade!

I got the Iphone4 had it a few weeks now...
Haven't had any problems with signal dropping however i hold it....
Only real issue i have with mine is the Bluetooth doesn't seems to work very well with my handsfree in the car, yet it used to work fine with my old 3G
Had the odd strange thing happen with it and had to re-start it a few times which i guess is down to software issues that will probably get fixed with later versions and as more apps are checked for compatibilty issues.

From what i've read 4.0.1 is just a tweak to how it calculates how much battery life is left and the battery meter is slightly different. 4.0.2 is to stop the www.jailbreakme.com website from working on the phone....
I haven't upgraded mine yet as i have a problem with my itunes that keeps putting my phone in recovery mode everytime i try to do a software update.

Spot on, the updates have been exactly that.

The only difference between 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 is that Apple have patched the PDF jailbreak - nothing else.
