Right guys,can i suggest we sort a meet out for the tickets when Matt gets them through and sort out a collection for a club gazeebo?

There is currently 1 in Argos on a sale,it's 3mx3m and has 3 sides on it,it is down from £99.99 to £69.99. We have over 20 names for it so would be around £4 each

Should get us all in. It's only there really as a bit of cover should the heavens open. We are very rarely all on the stand together on Rallyday anyway as there is so much happening.

Gazeebo & BBQ's are go!
I will get a few disposable bbq's as i can get them cheap. 10 be enough?

If you look after it , I have a Gazebo you can borrow , its a big heavy bugga though , its a round 5mtr one I use for rallying , its a pop up one but takes 3 of you to erect , oh er missus !

What size does it fold down to Ian? We all have saloons Just wondering if it will fit in the car/boot.
Be ideal if it does fit though,cheers mate

No its too big to fit in the boot , its about 5 ft long folded down , but if someone is taking a wagon , or a van then it would fit
