30th Birthday Celebrations
Although i look a bit older i am going to be turning 30 in April so was trying to think of something different to do as opposed to a normal party.
The 2 choices were.........
1) A weekend at the Nurbergring
Or
2) A drive up to Scotland and work back down the country taking in as many great driving roads as possible
Looking in to cost the 2nd option is the one i've decided to go for
Looking at a drive up to Scotland on the Thursday along the motorways, then start heading back on friday, stopping overnight on friday and saturday along the way.
Should be a cracking driving weekend.
Anyone is welcome to join me if they fancy a weekend on some of the best driving roads in the UK

Sounds good, I didnt think of anything like this when I turned 30. I just went on a holiday sat on a beach!
When's the off? Roads are gonna be a bit icy up there at the moment!

Look at France, did a trip to the Alps last summer in the wifes MX5
Ferry's can be booked very cheap and motels can be done for 30 euro a night with up to 3 people sharing.
Think of all those alpine tunnels in a scoob
I reckon you could do it cheaper than Scotland TBH.
Just another option to think about you can always take in loads of WWI WWII stuff which is a real must for those that have not been.
Great excuse to head south for some nice weather and a bottle of Red

Only if they know you are a good driver plus your declared profession in the motor trade will count against you as well.
It's nice to see that we will both be the same age shortly Jarvis, although mentally you have a bit of catching up to do yet...
