If it can be Ecutek'd then as Merv as suggested or Indigo GT in Tredegar, they have an offer on which includes fitment of a Walbro fuel pump for around £500.

Hey guys,

I.m a newby to all this scooby stuff, not long bought my 1st bugeye wrx.

I've been looking on Indigo GT site but cant work out if the boost control apexi units come with a remap?
My car has a few mods but is not mapped and needs something to make me smile a little...
The unit i was looking at cost just over £500 i'll get the description if you need it.
Thanks in advance!
Martin

Sorry for posting here but wern't sure where to place it.

If your talking about the avcr's then that is the cost for just the controller.

But to be honest it is not needed unless your going for 400+ bhp i believe.

What mods have you got?

Give them a ring mate, very helpful and will point you in the right direction

If you want a boost controller and a remap I reckon you're better off going for a SimTek ECU, twin maps and much more for £995 including fitting and mapping

Hi,

The price is just for the AVCR but we can offer fitting and setting up.

If you are look for more power though I would look at a remap and boost solenoid which would be £499

That's cool,
Thanks all for the replies.
Cant feel any boost at the minute, the car got a nur speck cat back, green induction thingy walbro fuel pump and updated plugs with bov.
Not sure if the above mods without a remap as given the car flew symtoms?
Cheers

Re-map and boost solenoid would be the way forward, it would totally transform the car and you'd know everything was running spot on.
Not Gavin BTW is it?

No it's Martin :-B
Reading the comments and the forum I think you right, I will get it mapped with a solenoid (solenoid a acuator?) and see what it does for the car.
I will let you know how it goas.

Marrin
