Default front end conversion

hi guys
just a quick question, am i right in thinking to do a hawk eye front end conversion on my bug eye id need the following?
hawkeye bonnet
headlamps
front wings
and front bumper

just thinking about something to keep me busy over the winter see, think thats it....or did i miss something?
im used to welding old fords and minis back together, so ive learned to ask advice first lol

You also need the front slam panel/cross member too

as said the cross member is needed as the lights won't fit the bug one, The wiring is different for the lights and the loom needs altering

There is a chap selling a bug/ hawk conversion in the fs section here, and I'm pretty sure the previous owner is on here and done a thread in the conversion. Might be worth a pm or two to find out any hidden possible snags you may come across. My apologies I can't remember who did it. Good luck Im surprised you don't hear much of them done as projects ( other than the cost obviously), with a personal plate id imagine to the unknowing eye itd be difficult to tell the difference.

Chargespeed do the conversion kit for every newage. I got mine from there bug to hawk for £250. Look it up pal

So, you still need all the main but's like bumper, lights, bumper stay? Still feeeking expensive in the long run. Beef the insurance up as well I should think?

Yeah but ive been collecting parts over the last 2 years. Its very expensive way of doing it, once painted i think it would of cost over 2k.

I havnt checked the insurance side of things yet
