Anyone got a set of bog standard classic bucket seats??
Got rid of my old battered ones a while ago, but now I was thinking of putting a set in my Landrover as the bases are thin and the backs are thin, as I've not a lot of room to play with as I'm 6ft 3 and the Landy is quite cramped.
So has anyone got a set they were gonna throw out, that I could see if they fit into my Landy?

I have some bug seats, and also some cobra seats, You're welcome to try both.
The bug ones are free, I'd like a few quid for the cobras (as they are the wifes!)

Yeah could do, but tbh I'd have to try the most likely one as I tried a Vectra front seat and it was waaaaaay too big. As due to my height I'm nearly on the bulkhead, I'll have to lose height and weight

I reckon the cobra's will be ok, they are currently fitted to the camper, but i could remove the passenger one for you to try if you like them.

Pics of the space and the bus wheel.
And you can see my wonderful mess of wiring that I have to sort.

Theres always a smaller steering wheel, but main thing for me was leg length and leg room due to my height.
With a standard Vectra SRI seat the steering wheel hits my legs and I'm too cramped. But on just the seat base its fine in height, but 3 inches too far back. These should do the job nicely. If not looks like some adapting is needing to be done!!
As Clarkson said about Land rovers, there is nowhere for your right shoulder.
