Can anyone suggest somewhere in the Merthyr/Cardiff area to get a 4wheel geo setup done? Bonus if it's open weekends.

Think indigo GT in Tredegar do that kinda stuff, think they're open Saturday's too, do a search for them

Yea they been brill with me when ever I have gone in there, they got a proper set up there for the alignments and can do what ever you require should you have your own spec's 
Pretty fairly priced as well imo, and Mike the owner is pretty clued up in all fairness
