I had mine done for £80 
£10 a wheel sand blasted then £10 a wheel powder coated. That was 5 years ago and I don't even know if the place is still open

Why dont u try afon tyres?
They do wheel refurbs! Number is in yellow pages, and they are in the old gas works port talbot (where beach hill used to be!).
