I wouldn't fit a set of injectors without changing all the seals as the last thing you want is for them to start leaking after fitment.

I was over at Indigo last week, and know that Anthony (the man in charge and does all the mapping!) is away this week and in pretty sure next week on holidays. One of the other lads might still be able to price up for the work though.
Monthly SWS meet thread is in this welsh section, get your name down if your not too far away.
I might just make my first one of 2013 next month!

It's worth renewing the seals as they can go brittle after a while as the rubber will harden up and be more likely to fail.

Welcome ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Where abouts are you from?
As mentioned above indigo are local and the guys at 3 arches really know their stuff
I would personally say that £190 for injectors sounds a bit salty to me ![Lol1](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/lol1.gif)
So has the car got a map on it already or will it be the first map being done? Have you looked at your options with regards to ecutek vs open source (os) an there are plenty of mappers who do both and travel the country, so really your spoilt for choice![Lol1](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/lol1.gif)
If your not too far away I don't mind lending a hand fitting injectors, its not that bad of a job to do![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
By the way we need pics

That's all they do is to cut the injector tips so in layman's terms that the injector drips more fuel, this can lead to problems with idle and low down performance.
Imagine the atomisation of a standard injector and then clip the nozzle so that it drips rather than atomises the fuel correctly.
I know from experience of the problems that 'uprated flow' injectors can cause, you'd be better off selling your injectors and buying a set of proper injectors such as ID. That is what I ended up doing after a set of 'uprated flow' injectors gave me grief.
I ended up paying for extra labour charges, mapping and RR charges due to 'uprated flow' injectors, not done by LP granted but the principle is the same for all of these types of 'uprated flow' injectors.
I'd recommend either buying a set whether it be new or second hand injectors, by all means get them tested and cleaned but as for uprating the flow I'd avoid them like the pox.
