Did you get the Power Enterprise injectors in the end?

As for your clutch/gearbox they should be fine at around 330bhp, the 5 speed gearbox really doesn't like going much more than about 350bhp although some have been capable of handling more.

It all depends how you drive - if every time you drive the car you carry out racing starts all the time then they will both shit themselves in short time.

On the other hand if you drive it sensibly and feed the power in gradually then both could last a long time with the clutch more likely to give a problem if at all.

Boxes can be a bit of hit or miss, Some boxes will cope all day long at 400-450 other will let go at standard power.

My old Blue car blew 3rd gear at around 330BHP, swapped for a recon newage box and did another 40K miles trouble free.

Unless you've got a 6 speed or PPG then by all means up the power but don't be surprised if one day whilst playing you loose drive.

used boxes are cheap enough to buy but they normally come with no history and no warranty.

I don't know what car you have so couldn't indicate what the average your box will take

Try and get your mapper to be a bit more sympathetic with boost in the first 4 gears as this may help the longevity. Will still always bd the weak point though with those sort of figures.

Hi thanks guys for your advice..I got 2003 blobeye so not sure of max power in gear box and clutch.. It's done 79,500 miles but engine got fully forged and only been like that about 6,000 miles.. It boosts to 2bar when boost control on 70 so is that ok for box/clutch? Maybe when mapped I'll get it all sweet so it don't go bang lol
