Default Does Anyone Know WhitlandSubaru

https://www.scoobynet.com/subaru-par...controler.html

Does anyone know this guy from Whitland?

He seems to be having complaints made about him all the time about slow despatch of parts sold to other members.

This probably won't be the last thread posted about him either by the seems of it.

Is this the same person who posts as Silverrally?

May well be Ty. There are a few other members who are still waiting for answers from both the usernames.

Whitland Subaru and Silverrally are indeed one and the same person, does anyone know him or is able to get in touch with him?

I don't mind going to pick up the item and posting it myself but no point if he has absconded or moved away.

I can't believe that this has happened again...

I hope then that he reads this and can help out, it doesn't do any of us any good when a 'local' does things like this.

Thanks Rich, I don't have a problem collecting and then posting the item but I don't want a fruitless journey.

I know where the hire centre / business address is but can someone state that he is still there?

I don't know how members can do this to others, I've been selling stuff on here and never had one problem with a buyer, plus as a buyer myself I've escaped issue as well.

I'm the aforementioned person that knows him, drop me a PM with what you're having from him and I'll get on his case (he's just **** at getting things sorted, not a deliberate scammer or owt).

Ta, Adam.

Thanks Adam for the reply, if you can follow the link at the top you will see the FS thread and the guy who has bought the item in question.

Have done and replied on the thread after speaking to the man himself.

For the record he was asked by SN to stop using the WhitlandSubaru account as it sounds like the name for a dealership so the Silverrally account was opened, he's not sure how he managed to advertise the AVCR on the old account as he thought it was closed!

Aye, it's all packaged ready to go now but PayPal have pulled the payment from his account (i think due to the complaint?).

Anyone want to buy an AVCR boost controller

Being totally honest and not taking sides if you were the buyer what would you do?

You only have a limited time to raise a PayPal claim, and being as the seller has a track record of being slow to despatch items it's hardly suprising that the buyer filed a PayPal complaint in the end.

It it were me I wouldn't have been as patient as the buyer.

In all honesty I probably wouldn't have been either, but I generally only buy stuff I'm willing to collect in person.
