Question Boost leak help

Hi guys my scooby couldn't be mapped by JGM last week as it wasn't holding boost high enough to map,Simon put on new 3port solonoid as to ditch the electronic boost controller but no joy?? So we swapped it back to original setup and even changed the BOV to see if this was causing the problem, but again this did not help.. So Simon took pipe off controller to check turbo was working,I gave it 3/4 acceleration and boosted perfect .. Before it was going for map deano and the lads down Three Arches worked their butts off to get it ready for map, with injectors put in,BOV,water pump, timing belt,uppipe/downpipe decatted, new radiator, oil change..And tons of jiggly little bits which the boys unearthed as they went over it to make it sound.. Dean said the turbo was all good too.. So must be losing boost somewhere? Is there a tool to tell you where boost is leaking from? I know you can't give 100% accurate answers without looking but any suggestions welcome as its peeved me off a tad cheers

I would say check all your vac pipes for any sign of them being brittle/ hard and perished and put small cable ties on any pipes that have no clips on them hope this might help

You've not had much luck with this one have you Bry... as Lee said, check the small diameter boost vacuum hoses for any signs of splits/cracks!
