Next month's meet will take place at the usual location of The Toby Inn at Cardiff Gate just off junction 30 of the M4, on Wednesday the 11th of December, 2013.

As usual the early eaters can grab a bargain if they wish, the meet will start at it's usual time of 7.00pm.

This will of course be the last meet before Xmas, so we can arrange a possible run out over the Xmas holiday period.

We picked up a Xmas menu when we were at the last meet and this is what it says on the back for Festive Menus

If you would like to book (essential for parties of six or more), a £5 non-refundable deposit per guest is payable at the time of booking.

By that I take that you don't have to book but then we can't guarantee us all getting a seat or sitting together depending how busy it is on the night.

I've checked the Toby website, it states that booking isn't necessary but if we have enough people who want food then it may well be prudent.

I don't think we'll exceed 30 bookings for meals but please let me know if you'd like to eat at the meet and I'll book tables to cope.

I don't believe any deposit is necessary but if it is I'll pay it and collect the payments at the meet.

I have just spoken to The Toby Inn, and booked a provisional number of 15 places (allowing for last minute people turning up) although they will expand this to 20 if needed.

I do need to know how many want the carvery menu or the festive meal, if you require the festive meal then I will have to pay a £5 deposit per head.

If you can please post up your meal preference.
