Don't buy from a dealer, your paying more for less car. The warranty isn't worth a **** and remember usually the dealer paid some poor sod bugger all for it.
£8500 will buy you a very very very nice example

have to agree, while its all well and good buying from a dealer with the warranty piece of mind but they have more than likely paid a lot less than they sell it for, therefore covering the warranty and making a profit. ide much rather get a car from an enthusiast who has took the time to look after the car

I suppose it depends on the dealer? I got my specD ppp from a dealer screen price was 14,995 (4 years ago) I got it for 12k cash. Jobs done on the Subaru Approved warranty
- Head Gasket
Dealer provided contribution towards new windscreen as they forgot to mention it and I spotted it on the way home. Also the car had one year breakdown which was genuine, called them out for a dodgy battery.

This has come up for sale, won't hang around for long.
Won't find one much better for your money IMO.

yeah I got it mate, its the distance that's the issue.. ive travelled to view cars and get really annoyed when they arnt in the condition that they are described as, you are as good as an 8 hour round trip and I would have to do that trip twice once to view it, and again to come and collect it once ive sorted insurance ect.. its a shame because it looks 'in pictures' a very nice car but so have all the others ive been to view

ive been looking recently for another impreza and i have to say the prices seem to be going up for a decent 2.0 sti impreza be it uk or jdm.
i guess to buy the best available is now going to cost as they are becoming rarer.

with my budget I think im more likely to find a uk sti rather than a jdm but that doesn't bother me, that's blobeye anyway.. ide be happy with any variant as long as it fits what im looking for
