Default type of car im looking for...

here a list of the cars I would be interested in...

Blob STi uk widetrack or non widetrack or JDM (unlikely)
Bug STi / Prodrive
STi Type R
STI/WRX Type RA
Version 4/5/6 STi
RB5

they are in no particular order, I would have any of the above providing its low millage (under 55000) mint condition (no scratches or dents everywhere) and within my current budget of £8500ish

I appreciate some of you telling me about cars that are for sale but most of them are 6/7/8 hour round trips that I would have to do twice, 1st to view then to go back and collect should I like it, and that would eat into my budget to do.. don't get me wrong im willing to travel, but the car HAS to be as described, and not described as 'Mint' when its not just to get me there.. this has happened 3 times now and it winds me up let alone costs me money and time. so if the car has marks on it I want to know about them before hand please.

so if anyone is selling/ knows anyone who is selling or knows of a trader with such cars please give me a shout. apart from CPerformance thanks

i understand you are picky but surely a ten year old car thats done 40/50k is never ever going to be mint especially at your budget.

wont be mint for sure around the 8.5k price, last proper type R i'd consider 'mint' went for about 13k.

need to hunt aroudn and find one as a decent base, i was lucky and got mine cheap and its turns out to be a total gem, not a single bit of rust underneath at all, never been pranged etc, needs some TLC on the outside and had to have some mechanical bits put right when i got it but was a cheap car.

I think you are pushing your luck trying to find a car with under 55000 miles but I do wish you all the best if you find one .
