Aftermarket twinscroll turbo sc / LM and other upgrades
Hi everyone,
First off I no this is quite a long shot but I'm starting to get pieces together for upgrades on the spec c I currently still have fitted the vf36 twinscroll turbo and am looking to upgrade to a LM or sc turbo I think ideally I would want a LM420 or LM450 or simular with the sc range.
Power wise I'm looking to achieve 420 - 450 so think these will fall into that range...
I'm wondering if anyone is breaking a JDM now / near future, that may have a decent aftermarket turbo as above, If returning to standard I'm happy to do a deal with my vf36 or can buy outright..
I will also be after other aftermarket parts such as fmic/ injectors for a 03 Newage JDM blob spec c
Thanks CSF

Ah lol, yeah they don't really come up in TS but that one was a cracker, you snooze you loose I suppose.
It's a pain finding a particular turbo especially when you got your mind set on something, hence you have to dig deep and buy new. And when you do there will be a couple about

Owens will spec you a nice 450 TS turbo but you'll need £££ to be able to afford one...that would be my first choice, then the LM

I have an LM420SR billet wheel motorsport spec turbo that I may be willing to part with.
Is as new! Purchased it after only covering 2000 miles, and had sent off to Turbo Dynamics for a full service and overhaul and upgrades.
They fully stripped down turbo and replaced the ball bearings with ceramic items and also bronze carrier and motorsport spec seals.
Has covered zero miles since rebuild last year as project is still being built...
All paperwork present, still in turbo dynamics packaging!
