Steve F do you want a bonnet vent for the other side? £17.50 Delivered, does your scoop have anything under it? or is it open underneath.

Fundi,
nothing underneath apart from a new Blitz Induction Kit, ie. completely removed the blanking plate & grill.
Other side? I'm on the standard, 'none induction battery setup', and so far the fuse box also refuses to add BHP despite all the extra cold air
A scoop for asthetics only could be considered if already painted?

Steve, i asked about the scoop underneath because my scoops have a 'reverse scoop underneath them' which goes to the induction, just wondered what others had under theirs, for the other side i thought you might want a VENT, to go with the scoop, instead of leaving the standard plastic vent in,not sure if anyone else sells them separate, i will split a pair. any way no probs glad your fixed up.

Fundimental,
I was very fortunate in that SPEN555 had this one in his garage and it was already painted to match as you can see. It does not have anything 'underneath' to direct airflow and sits very slightly back from the filter, avoiding getting it wet.
With regard to a vent on the other side, as you may tell, I don't want to risk having any water coming near battery/electrics.
For what its worth, with just the one scoop lots of people ask what its for! Thanks for your offer and I hope this helps.
Cheers

Puff,
These things pump a lOT of cool air into the engine compartment, I saw that someone on here is doing some under bonnet temp. comparisons? Consider also this is entering on the turbo side?
Wouldn't be surprise if the extra cooling helps even with std airbox!
BTW, Rich Wild has two of these on his brother's DGM car, they look mean!! Maybe ask him for a pic?
