### Anyone got any cars for bangering? ###
#1
I was supposed to be racing a banger yesterday, but due to bad weather.. it's been postponed till next month.

AT the moment we have a 1600 Sierra, and the competition is mainly granadas, jags, volvos, yank muscle cars, and a 24 foot cadillac.
Now we have a few more weeks, we could do with something a bit stronger.. The sierra will still be raced, just in a 1600 or 2000 class, not unlimited .
Anyhow... does anyone have/know of any old MOT failures etc... (jag/volvo/granny/sierra etc...) that aren't injection, any size engines.
Also looking for big ford engines (2.3,2.8 carb) that we can put in a sierra/granada.
The current sierra stands us at about £10, so anything that's cheap/free basically.
Can collect anything near Manchester..
Cheers
Andy
