i doubt you'll find a second hand one.
here's the subaru part no. for MAF sensor only
22794AA010 - Meter CP-AIR Flow
about £76 inc. i think.
p.s check part no. with dealer , the one aboove is for my99 (i think they're the same tho'

The MAF sensors are not the same for my98/99 cars this is the mistake i made and now have got a spare still in the box for my99/00 cars part noMETER CP-AIR FLOW 22794AA010 if you want it it's yours for £60 +p+p
