From: Glos UK. - Manufacturers of ECU Data Monitors.
Mileage on the 22B in Gloucester is more like 2500 miles, if it's the same car. ( Motorhouse are part of the Blade/Parklands group - VW/Audi and Motorhouse ) I drove this car when it was at Parklands Audi and it is in first class condition, if your interested i found out a lot of details on this car, all good.

Now I know 22Bs are great cars, but I went to the Motorshow the year they were importing those 16 cars (and incidentally the reason they only brought in 16 is because they got stung by the SVA regs which they had lobbied to create , and had to send a load back to Japan), and I had a chat with the guys on the Subaru Stand. I distinctly remember them telling me I could have one brand new then for 32 grand...... That's the Type UK obviously. I told my Dad to buy one on the spot if he wanted to make a 10 grand profit, but he wasn't up for it alas. Anyway, I know its a tautology, but either they are or they aren't worth more than what they were bought for new........ I would say a little haggling is possible

To be honest Triple I haven't the faintest idea. If what you are prepared to pay intersects with what the seller is prepared to take, well there you go!
Seriously, they are very rare and thus hard to value, plus its likely a 3k miler will be worth a lot more than one with 20k due to their collectible status. If you are a serious buyer, the ball is in your court though as I'm sure its a buyers market for these things.
However, you'd be better off asking the guys that know, supposing they'll give you an objective opinion. I think the website is www.22b.com. If not, do a search on the web. In addition, there are a few guys in here with 22bs so try a post in general perhaps.
Good luck.
