Take the original one off the front (only held on by double sided tape), rub the back with wire wool/wet and dry etc... and the black or blue paint comes off leaving the crome stars on the badge.
Get pot of STI paint/any other colour you fancie (£5 at the most for touch-up pot) and paint the back of the badge, when dry, give it another coat, use some 3M double sided tape and stick it back on......ta da!!!!
Done mine on a MY02WRX, left it to dry over night and stuck it on in the morning, looks pretty good
