Alan... is this to upgrade yours?
If so i wounldn't bother... according to Autospeed who did a big test on all the subaru intercoolers the interccoler you have will flow 283 cfm the sti 285 cfm. Less than 1 % improvement. The big advantage of the sti is the aluminium pipe that goes from the turbo to the intercooler, this is a lot better than the piece of **** plastic that is on ours. Best thing to do is keep your intercooler and buy a Samco turbo hose set. This will flow just as well as the sti pipe or maybe even better (plus they only cost about £40 delivered).

Ok, when i put my samco hoses on i spent over an hour puting the fins straight. What a ****ty job! I take it that this is why they said it was past it's best? If they are just bent i don't see that as a reason to buy a new one....as long at they aren't missing.
