Towbar & driving lights

Don't worry I havn't got a caravan. I do however require a towbar for a my99 turbo saloon. Also, in fitting these could a different back box get in the way?
I am no towbar expert but I would like one that you can take the end bit off and I need electrics too.
Hope that makes sense to people who know more than me.
I would also like to replace my fogs for driving lights, from memory there were 2 types, PIAAS and some others? Either would do so long as they are the proper job with all the relevant bits and fitting instructions.
Cheers
Rich

The problem with this Rich is that these items cost as much in labour to remove as one would get for them second hand. I have both fitted to my MY00 wagon which is for sale and I would only expect to get £200 for the towbar and lights but at £60 per hour labour it would not be worth it! But good luck anyway.
