if so and if they're 215/40/17 or 205/45/17, rather than get the tyre place to bin them can you hold back the best one and i'll buy it off you.
need one of the above for a spare and i'm having no luck finding one so far.
i'll bung a couple of quid in and obviously pay the P+P if anyones interested.

try some of the used tyre places i had a damaged Pirelli Pzero tyre but i think the grip is bad so i refused to buy new as id ratherspend the cash on 4 new tyres so i rang i tyre company up and they had some part worn tyres got one fitted to mine for £40 and the tread depth is better than mine but as far as im concerned its only short term as i want 4 new goodyears fitted

cheers guys, might give the part worn places a go.
i'm really after spending a little as possible TBH as it's only going on the spare. got a throwaway from a local tyre place a while back and all he wanted was the price of the valve+balance (as he said, he's got to pay to get shot of it) but he hasn't had any of this size recently.
keep looking i 'spose
