Towbar for a classic needed.
#4
Hi Mark
Thanks for the offer.
I'm down south so it will be a bit of a trip to come and collect. I work for a company that ships things all over the place, so I can arranged to have it picked up by a courier. As long as the electrical parts are in a box the rest should be okay to ship without packing or maybe just some card board put around it.
Will the towbar fit without any modifications to the bumper I.E cutting it?
Thanks
Tom

Yes it fits without any modifications - u undo the bumper bolts slide it back bolt on the towbar & put the bumper back.
I don't have the specific instructions but I think u can find them on the Witter site (it's a Witter bar).
I think u have to drill a hole thru the boot floor for the electic cable but that's it.
How does £80 sound.

I have had someone else offer me there towbar for £60. So if you can match that, as you offered the towbar to me first I will buy it off you. I need to get a deal sorted out as I need to get a towbar on my car as soon as possible. So I can transport my new toy
Cheers
