after a steering rack for a 99/00 impreza quick rack would be nice

 

Grade A breakers do a quick rack from the STi8 that with a little bit of modification fits the classic cars. I believe they charge £250 + VAT for one. Make sure you get an STi 8 sterring UJ to go with it, then you can make a hybrid UJ from that and the one fitted originally to your car. If you are anywhere near Bucks I can point you in the direction of some people who could fit them for you, but if you just want the UJ modified then I'm sure it could be done mail order. The 2.2 turn quick rack is a very good modification, I know I've done it to my MY94 WRX

 

once hoping for more of a direct fit, got that many after martket stuff on mine it would be nice to have some normal direct fit stuff, was given a price of £175 delivered from a company in ireland for the sti rack but was hoping for someone a little closer to home

 

i wouldnt hold my breath thats a good price for a qiuck rack
