Unfortunately Subaru does not market splash guards specific to the Impreza RS here in the States. Any input on sourcing would be appreciated.

I found that out myself trying to source some cheaper ones from the States. The ones our UK Subaru dealers sell do fit over the side skirt but unfortunately cost nearly £100 for a set. Any Subaru dealer here will sell them -
