I have just renoved the induction kit that was on my 1998 UK Turbo when I bought it and have replaced it with the standard air box which I bought off ebay. All I am after now is the part that directs the air from the front of the engine to the front wing. Anybody got one that they no longer need or at the very least can someone tell me what it is actually called?
Thanks
Thanks

I think that sounds like the resonator which you need..
You could get away with plumbin a large enough diameter flexi pipe from the inside of your wing to the part of your bumper which air can get into..
Will increase airflow to
Hope this helps you chap

I have the resonator box still in MY95 WRX - replaced it with a Blitz and forgot to take it out!!!
Yours if you want it and if it will fit!
Can someone please tell me how to get the bugger out?
Cheers!

Don't bother with the resonator, it only serves to quieten down the induction, and in doing so severely restricts airflow. Just leave it off and seal up the holes in the wing and around where the airbox meets the wing. DO NOT do as was suggested earlier and duct directly into the airbox from the front of the car. This will overwhelm your filter with dirt, water and oil and ultimately kill your MAF. There is plenty of air in the wing, and allowing more in won't harm, but let gravity keep the dirt down low and the air can find its own way. Don't duct
