Damn Expansion Tanks!!
Ive got the same problem mine is plastic n they keep leaking, im on my second one in a year.....
Ive found this item number on ebay 320015483521.....dunno what its like thou havent had spare cash to buy one.....This is cheaper than anywhere i have found in the uk for second hand ones...and they are metal

Just thought id let you know, ive just accquired an sti metal expansion tank....i used the pipes from an Sti and got it to fit you need to fit it on the first original hole and the second hole on the tank (making it slightly more forward than the original WRX one) it seems to be ok at the mo but havent took it on a "proper "run yet .......Hope this helps.......
